Welcome to our hotel! To ensure that all guests have a comfortable and safe stay, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

Check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out time is before 10:30am. Late check-outs may be subject to an additional charge of 10 euros per guest.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all hotel rooms and common areas. A fine of €300 will be charged to guests who violate this policy.
Please respect other guests by keeping noise levels down, especially after 10 pm. Loud music is not allowed in the rooms or public areas.
Visitors are not allowed in the hotel rooms after 10 pm and must be announced to the hotel staff before 6pm.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
All hotel guests are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with Dutch Law.
Illegal activities, such as illegal prostitution, drugs, and weapons, are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate expulsion from the hotel without a refund.
No pets are allowed in the hotel, with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities.
Please inform the hotel staff immediately if any equipment or facilities are not functioning properly.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these house rules or otherwise disrupts the peaceful enjoyment of our facilities.
